"Over the years, we have contracted with Diamond Building to demo a number of buildings/sites and then reconstruct according to the design plans we provided.  We usually visited the site on a weekly basis to do a walk through with Domenic.  We used these meetings to review progress; discuss any issues or concerns if there were any; talk about any changes we may have wanted; amended the end date if necessary and reviewed the next steps.   Diamond Building employees and the employees of the sub-contractors were always professional and very polite and proud of their work.
On each project, we were very pleased and proud of the finished product.   The work plans provided to us included a progress schedule and an expected end date and usually the work was completed on time and on budget. 
At the end of each project, we would do a final inspection and were always impressed with the finished project and how clean it was when we entered.  We have always recommended Diamond Building to any other organizations who have asked if we had someone we would recommend."
